Many of the negative reviews from people who seem not to have read the description of the product before you buy! Wow My first was stolen. I have another. None of these problems. I service/S50 since their inception and have no problems with the radio, customer service, receiving, or one of my docking station. I welcome that impressed me, partly because of the antenna is way back under a canopy of metal covered porch. Although I am in an urban area. I do not understand the hostility. Not discounting the comments of customers, but their customer service suck? Never feels good there. Oh, no problem to load music or software. I finally try the new live portable reception without any hesitation. Oh, and NO I do not work for Sirius.

I read all the reviews that warned me of channel 184 and deleted preset problem. This happened to me. I took other reviewers advice and went to Sirius Online. I had to retransmit the signal. It would not. I sat in my car with Sirius on the phone and looked at the screen how to reset my signal. I turned the unit, and what do ya know … Back to 184 and defaults are gone. I sent the unit back and got a 4 stars Mate Mate I am very pleased with the Star 4 and I have always been happy with the Sirius programming.

I bought this device Some small for my husband for his birthday this year, because: the fanatical NFL, switches, like Stern (who joins the network Sirius soon), and because I love him.

I bought around the world (as the regular stores and online), but found that Amazon had the best price and I feel secure shopping here. I bought from the seller cellularshowroom.com amazon. They have been great to work with the fast service, and the price is right. The best part - everything you need to set up and activate a direct box. The entire process took less than half an hour.

I had problems with my kit at home because I have a ceiling, but once I have an external antenna is great. I've turned this thing, I think death. Lots of music and not Commericals. I highly recommend it.
